Invasion 3 and Archbishop Lazarus, two extremely complicated 130 instances to collect the last two charms before the impossible ones!
42. Invasion 3, Ascendant Riftwalker Essence
Third such instance, but once again with an increased difficulty level. The boss will have two additional attacks, a Burn attack where you will take damage over time, and a Nova attack. For the Nova attack, he will be invulnerable just before launching it and you will need to get into melee to avoid this attack. For his Burn attack, he does it when the ice golem spawns, quickly put yourself in the blue circle to be immune to this damage. You must therefore avoid lightning as in invasion 1 and 2, but also locate the blue circles and its nova.

- Specificity: avoid lightning, go in the blue circle and melee for his nova
- Reward: Ascendant Riftwalker Essence, + 1% max elemental resistance
- Bonus Reward: + 1% max elemental resistance, with the ice golem alive and having avoided lightning

43. Archbishop Lazarus, The Glorious Book of Median
If you've been playing Diablo since the first game, you should definitely know this iconic boss. It is in Vizjun and will be even more complicated than during your fight in Diablo 1. Here are its mechanics:
- it is only sensitive to purify
- its totems will put your life at 2%
- it teleports to you, this is the best time to launch purify
- you need to clean his summons to be able to aim better
- watch out for Dark Meteors, especially if you have 2% of your life
This boss will require patience and concentration, in order to avoid making you Bone while doing damage to him. It will not be easy and will require a lot of training to be able to kill him.

Probably the two most complicated instances of the game, so of course to move on to the "out of categories" which are literally impossible without proper build and preparation. These are still feasible, but you will have to show great patience combined with a relentless hard try! Good luck to finish these two 130 instances of Median XL!
