Principle of the build

What this build is based on:

• a very good mobility, you can hunt anyone and has many anti controls
• a lot of care and invulnerability, you will be almost unkillable
• naughty and very effective gameplay in PvP, also playable in PvE to avoid changing builds
• a lot of criticism

skills

Here are the skills:

• Spark - resource and crit gain or Whiplash for stuns
• Lightning Orb - Primary Spell
• Electric lance - spell damage and stun
• Teleportation - displacement
• Fire Shield - immunity and healing
• Intense Cold - immunity, damage and healing

Equipment and statistics

Consider these aspects:

• helmet: damage taken reduced after basic attack
• armor: restores mana and life during the skill
• gloves: base attack speed
• legging: armor when dealing damage
• boots: movement speed after teleporting
• weapon: orbs gravitate around you
• secondary weapon: critical chance with 100 mana
• ring: mana while stunning
• ring: mana using a skill with cooldown, you have 4
• amulet: skill damage based on mana

Take these statistics:

• intelligence, luck and critical damage
• damage on targets stuns or CC, cooldown reduction

Gems

For gems put:

• in topaz weaves, reduced checks
• in diamond weapons for ultimate damage
• in the accessories specific element resistances or diamonds

Specialization

For enchanting spells take:

• Teleport - turns dodge into teleport
• Fire Shield - instead of dying, activates fire shield (which heals you)

PvE version

For PvE, replace the ultimate of ice by that of lightning in order to gain in damage and put the sphere of lightning in skill of specialization.
